How do I prepare for my appointment?
For braids, we require that you shampoo, condition and stretch or blow dry your hair prior to our arrival. This helps our braiders get right to making you look good, but most importantly, allows you to ensure that your hair is well nourished!
Shampoo and condition your hair like you normally would. Blow it out so it’s easy to comb through and easy to part.
Please do not: 1) blow it out bone straight, 2) flat iron it, or 3) put a ton of oil/grease in it because that would make your hair too slippery–especially if your hair is already thin.
